How do I start a new Local Foundation Party?

In order to start a new Local Foundation Party, you will need:

- A copy of the Foundation Party Organization and Operation for Local, State, and National Levels Manual (to familiarize yourself and your group with the operational parameters, offices, and processes of the Foundation Party) - availability coming soon;

- A meeting place;

- A group of individuals, enough in number to fill all the required roles to operate a functional Foundational Forum;

- All of the Party Officers should be filled and operational, with the functionaries in place and effectively operational (treasurer, attorney, etc, see the Foundation Party Manual for complete description of these);

- You'll need a signed affidavit attesting that your group has filled all these positions and is operating as a functional Foundational Forum meeting at least once per month (though as outlined in the manual at least once per week is ideal).  These affidavits will be available for download under the "Documents" page when formulated;

- You'll need to form an Entity under Articles of Organization.  This entity may be comprised of an individual or a group, whatever your particular group decides.  A sample of these Articles of Organization will be available for download under the "Documents" page when formulated.

- Your established Entity will need to open a request for "Foundation Party" brand use authorization with Foundation Formation Services company, provide the affidavit and Articles of Organization, and sign an Operations Agreement with an authorized brand representative from the company.  This will be provided after consideration and approval of the company or officially deputized brand-trust (formulation of which is ongoing);

- After receiving your Certification of Brand Use Authorization, your entity will be recognized and inducted into the official roster of Local Foundation Parties, and thereby eligible to put forth officially sanctioned "Foundation Party Nominees" for election, as well as participate in any State Level Foundation Party entities that may form or may have already formed.

The above process is a Work In Progress (WIP) and as such, elements within it are not yet available for public consumption.  Thank you for your patience as we build out the functionality of the site.
